PAYMENT SCHEDULE
On receipt of your space reservation form we will issue you an invoice for total rent cost of the space applied for.
* 25% is required to confirm your booking.
* 50% payment to be paid by 31 May, 2010
* 25% payment to be paid by 31 August, 2010

All payments must be made in USD by Crossed Cheque/Bank Draft, favouring:

STAND OPTIONS
Broadcast India offers various stand options for booking Free Design and Shell Scheme Space. To make a bigger stand, congregation of stands can also be booked. Please refer to the floor plan for stand sizes.
STAND FITTING
An official stand contractor will be appointed to build Octonorm stands as per international norms. If you desire, you may send in your own custom design blueprint for execution and the cost will be as per design.

Panel size : 1 m (100 cms) width x 2.5 m (250 cms) height
Inner to Inner (once the panel is fitted on the channel): 96 cms width x 246 cms height
Hanging Fascia size: 5” (w) x 12” (h)

SHELL SCHEME PACKAGE
The standard (3m x 3m) Shell Scheme package provides:
- 3 white laminated panels (2 white panels for corner stand)
- Coloured fascia with company name and stand number
- Carpet
- 1 information counter
- 3 folding chairs
- 1 round table
- 4 spotlights
- 1 wastepaper basket
- 1 power point of 5/15 amp.
The minimum size for Shell Scheme Stand is 9 sqm.
FREE DESIGN SITE
Free design site exhibitors will be alloted raw space only. They will have to appoint a stand designer to design and construct their stand. The minimum size for free design site is 30 sqm.
